1. REFUND POLICY
Betterchasiss is committed to providing the highest-quality golf carts and exceptional customer service. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible return and refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, your golf cart must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
Steps to Get a Refund:
- Email customer support at sales@betterchasiss.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Use the prepaid shipping label provided by Betterchasiss to return your golf cart.
- Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Betterchasiss will inspect the returned trailer or accessory upon receipt and process your refund accordingly.
Additional Information:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned golf cart is inspected.

2. RETURN POLICY
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact Alabama Sport Vehicles at sales@Betterchasiss .com or call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

- No Cost for Return Shipping: Betterchasiss covers the cost of return shipping with a prepaid shipping label.
- Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and manuals.
- Slightly used items may be accepted, with a deduction for missing items or signs of use.
- Damaged items or items showing signs of mistreatment are not eligible for return.
- Reconditioned Items: Sales of reconditioned items are final and non-returnable.
- Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipping with no cancellation fees.
Timeline for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items returned after 30 days or without authorization may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the condition.
Shipping Costs:
Betterchasiss does not refund original shipping costs.
