1. REFUND POLICY

Betterchasiss is committed to providing the highest-quality golf carts and exceptional customer service. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, your golf cart must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.

Steps to Get a Refund:

  1. Email customer support at sales@betterchasiss.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Use the prepaid shipping label provided by Betterchasiss to return your golf cart.
  3. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Betterchasiss will inspect the returned trailer or accessory upon receipt and process your refund accordingly.

Additional Information:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned golf cart is inspected.
    • If you have any questions about your refund status, please contact customer service.

2. RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, please:

    • Contact Alabama Sport Vehicles at sales@Betterchasiss .com or call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Key Return Terms:

    1. No Cost for Return Shipping: Betterchasiss  covers the cost of return shipping with a prepaid shipping label.
    2. Return Conditions:
        • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and manuals.
        • Slightly used items may be accepted, with a deduction for missing items or signs of use.
        • Damaged items or items showing signs of mistreatment are not eligible for return.

    1. Reconditioned Items: Sales of reconditioned items are final and non-returnable.
    1. Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipping with no cancellation fees.

Timeline for Returns:

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items returned after 30 days or without authorization may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the condition.

Shipping Costs:
Betterchasiss does not refund original shipping costs.
